卖家支持专员是该美国著名电商和其商业伙伴的主要接口,负责给美国站开店的中国卖家提供专业,高质量,及时有效的业务支持。卖家客服专员将致力于解决长期的系统问题,推动流程改进,开发内部文档,为团队环境贡献力量,同时完成电话和邮件问题的服务级别。
岗位职责:
通过邮件,在线聊天,电话沟通方式为美国著名电商提供积极、专业的业务支持;
Demonstrates efficient and professional business support for the sellers on the famous American electric business platform by Email, Chat and Phone.
以积极和专业的态度来传递公司形象,有效的处理敏感事件;
Provides positive and professional attitudes to transfer company image with efficient sensitive issues handling.
为美国著名电商卖家提供高效,全面,安全的问题解决方案,并且适当处理升级问题;
Provides prompt and efficient service for the vendors and merchants including the appropriate escalation of Seller issues.
遵守并力争提高团队的数据考核指标(质量,数量,效率以及出勤率等);
Strive to work schedule, ensuring appropriate support coverage as well as improvement of data target (Quality, Quantity, Efficiency, Attendance Rate etc.);
在英文环境下,理解并正确使用多种软件工具浏览帐户,排除故障,解决问题;
In English environment, understands and correctly applies a wide variety of software tools to navigate accounts, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
掌握相关知识,正确使用部门资源,政策和流程;
Demonstrates knowledge and use of departmental resources, policies and procedures.
优秀的电话控制能力,确保有效沟通,专业服务,和有效信息;
Demonstrates excellent call control while remaining helpful, professional, and informative.
积极勤奋的完成工作进度,确保能提供适时地支持;
Diligently adheres to work schedule, ensuring appropriate support coverage as well as accurately accounting for all non-production time.
活跃团队氛围,积极的帮助其他人处理疑难问题。
Active team atmosphere, positively help others to deal with difficult problems;
基本要求:
•学历要求:本科及以上;
•语言要求:良好的英文读写能力,英语四级(同等英语水平)以上;
•熟练使用office办公软件包括word/excel等,熟练使用IE/火狐浏览器;
•做事认真负责,具备团队合作意识,工作讲求效率;
•展现出有效的沟通能力,良好的逻辑思考能力和对问题的判断分析解决能力;
•愿意挑战自己,具备管理才能,有上进心;
工作时间:
上五休二,行政班、大小夜班(有补贴),可弹性休假
薪资待遇:
3500-6000(含绩效浮动)
